We have a 30 day return policy, which means you haveĀ 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.Ā
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same, new, unopened condition that you received it.
Once an order is placed, we are not able to cancel it. You may request a refund via email upon delivery to request a return at support@oneclickmouse.com
We are not responsible for return shipping costs and it is your responsibility to return it to us undamaged. Original shipping fees and associated costs will not be refunded.Ā
Due to the complexity for international returns with customs, duties, and taxes, we may not accept returns fromĀ certain countries.
Preorders are non-refundable and can not be cancelled until after you receive your product.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can make things right.
We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for all return shipments.
In rare situations, we reserve the right to deny returns.
Any items returned before establishing contact will not be accepted.
